The Ocosta School District Board of Directors welcomes Gray Bearden as the newest student representative.

Gray Bearden is a Junior at Ocosta High School and is also part of the Running Start program at Grays Harbor College. Gray is a member of the Knowledge Bowl, Math, and Track teams along with being a member of the GSA. Gray also plays saxophone in the pep band and serves as the ASB President. As ASB President and student board representative, Gray uses their time to

help the students at Ocosta and make sure the students’ voices are heard. When Gray has some free time, you can find them hanging out with friends, making and listening to music, and doing art. After graduation Gray plans to attend the University of Washington to study computer science and programming.

Gray replaces 2024 graduate, Raymond Priest, who is now attending the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland.
